Two diverse restaurant renovation projects for the Hawaii-classic Grand Hyatt Kauai in Koloa, including enhancing the Robert Louis Stevenson inspired “Stevenson’s Library” sushi bar with a conservatory inspired expansion and grand sushi counter, and the refreshed indoor/outdoor Seaview Terrace, enhancing the transition daily from relaxed coffee bar to dinner with a show through refreshed FF&E, koa wood built-ins, and a custom 16 foot diameter fire dining table.
