A proposed mix-use development in Los Angeles’ Chinatown district, this portion of the proposed 725-unit multifamily project created a Nordic meets California aesthetic with light wood tones, playful use of dividers and lighting, all within a minimalistic finish palette to keep the focus on the outdoors.
